Position Summary Information

General Information

The Breeze is looking for a copy-editing intern to edit The Breeze for AP style, grammar, punctuation and clarity.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Copyedit each edition of The Breeze
- Copyedit individual stories to conform to AP Style and proper grammar and punctuation
- Work with section editors on copyediting


- Knowledge of AP Style
- Excellent knowledge of grammar
- Knowledge of journalistic writing style
- Ability to work in a team environment

Conditions of Employment

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
