Position Summary Information

General Information

Administrative support for a fast-paced office. Nine hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include typing, data entry, copying, scanning, running errands, and other general office duties.


Applicant must possess good keyboard skills, have initiative, be able to work independently, and have experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Conditions of Employment

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
